About the Role:
We're hiring a driven Listing Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you have listing experience, a valid broker license under your name, and Super Agent status on platforms like Property Finder or Bayut, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
List properties on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
Handle full listing cycle: media capture, site visits, leads, and deal closures.
Communicate directly with owners and clients.
Stay updated on market trends and upsell effectively.
Use CRM tools to manage and grow your pipeline.
Requirements:
1+ year in real estate (preferably listings/resale).
Broker license under your name (mandatory).
Super Agent or Area Specialist classification.
Familiar with DUAL agent system (you receive direct leads).
Tech-savvy and system-oriented.
Motivated by revenue and database growth.
