Listing Agent

to join our dynamic team. As a Listing Agent, you will be responsible for securing and managing real estate listings in Abu Dhabi, including both residential and commercial properties. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about real estate, possess strong negotiation skills, and thrive in a commission-based environment. You will play a key role in driving our sales success and establishing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Listings:

Secure and manage listings for residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi.

Market Research:

Conduct market analysis to determine accurate pricing strategies and assess market trends.

Client Interaction:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, guiding them through the listing process from start to finish.

Property Promotion:

Create effective marketing strategies to promote properties, including photography, online listings, and open houses.

Property Showings:

Coordinate and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.

Negotiation:

Negotiate terms and pricing between property owners and potential buyers or tenants to secure deals.

Sales Reporting:

Regularly report on listing performance, market trends, and client feedback to management.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Who We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Listing Agent or in a similar real estate role. In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and local property trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets. Fluent in English and Arabic or European language skills).
