Job Description

We are seeking a Relocation Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Relocation Consultant will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of local destination service programs based on the company's Relocation clients. The candidate will act as the primary point of coordination with the assignee, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service. Role of the Relocation Consultant: -To manage the process of the relocation for the assignee and family from pre-arrival to arrival and delivery of services in country. -The right candidate will keep up to date on local knowledge; housing market, schools, recreation, health issues, public transportation, groceries, Expatriate activities, domestic help, etc. - To coordinate with all internal departments to ensure smooth relocation of the assignee and family. -To provide itinerary and reports to HR of the company. Experience and Skills Required for the Relocation Consultant: 1. Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi, housing, schooling, and local procedures; training also provided. 2. Previous experience as a relocation consultant, supporting clients within the region is preferred. 3. Fluent English language skills (additional languages are an advantage). 4. Must have a strong customer service background with the ability to build relationships and maintain excellent communication throughout the delivery of service.
