As a Real Estate Telesales & Coordinator, you will be responsible for lead generation, seller outreach, and coordination with developers for inventory management. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and ensuring smooth coordination to support the sales team in closing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
Contact property sellers/owners to source listings and opportunities.
Coordinate with developers to manage and update off-plan inventory.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inventory, and communications.
Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups for the sales team.
Support agents with timely information and coordination throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate telecalling, telesales, or sales coordination.
Good understanding of off-plan and secondary property markets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Target-driven with a proactive approach to lead generation.
