A & A Estate is looking for a well presented and customer-oriented
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact at our real estate office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Provide administrative support to the sales and office teams.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate courier services.
Keep stock of brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
Assist to top management.
What We Offer:
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist.
Good communication skills in English/Arabic/ French is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable, organized, and customer-focused.
Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk environment.
