Key Responsibilities:
Handle property listings, sales, and leasing transactions independently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
Conduct market research to stay updated on current property trends and pricing.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage and train junior agents (if applicable).
Prepare documentation related to property transactions (Form A, Form B, MOU, etc.).
Coordinate property viewings and handle client inquiries professionally.
Represent the company at events, open houses, and client meetings.
Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai.
Valid
RERA Broker Card
.
Deep understanding of the UAE real estate laws and transaction process.
Proven sales record and a strong database of clients and listings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
