Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle sales and leasing of luxury off-plan and ready properties.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and developers.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide market analysis and investment advice.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of Dubai/UAE real estate experience.
Strong network with developers and clients.
Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, French, English or other languages is a plus).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Package:
Competitive commission structure (up to 80%).
In-house marketing and lead generation support.
Office in prime Dubai location.
Training, admin, and full management support.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
Skills:
Skilled in handling residentials, commercial, and off plan properties.
Expertise in preparing and presenting peroperties to potential buyers and tenants.
Strong ability to match client requirements with available properties.
Excellent communication
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
