Responsibilities:
Actively source and connect with potential property buyers and sellers to generate leads.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about listings.
Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully, ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay up to date with local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and present real estate proposals and market analysis to clients.
Manage client documentation and transaction records accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE market, preferably Dubai.
Strong knowledge of the local property market, including laws and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a goal-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and real estate listing platforms.
