Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of real estate agent experience in the UAE Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, ambitious, and trustworthy Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus RERA certification is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Stay up to date with market trends and new property launches Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients Ensure prompt follow-up and handling of all client inquiries Identify new business opportunities and generate fresh sales leads Maintain high-quality advisor-client relationships through regular follow-up and excellent service
