Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and provide professional property consultations
Conduct property viewings and guide clients throughout the buying/selling process
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Stay updated with market trends, new projects, and developer launches
Manage negotiations and close deals effectively
Achieve monthly sales targets with full team support
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property details
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of real estate experience
in Abu Dhabi (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proven track record in sales or real estate
Good understanding of UAE real estate market
Valid UAE driver's license (preferred but not mandatory)
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong client focus
