Key Responsibilities
Install and repair water supply lines and drainage systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to ensure accurate installations.
Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with relevant plumbing codes and safety standards.
Work effectively with other members to complete projects/maintenance on time and to specifications.
Communicate effectively with clients to assess needs, provide estimates, and ensure satisfaction with services rendered.
Requirements
Proven experience as a plumber with a solid understanding of plumbing systems.
Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Certification or vocational training in plumbing is preferred.
