Are you a detail-oriented, organized professional with
strong experience in Owner Association (OA) administration
? We're looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of
jointly owned property management
, regulatory compliance (RERA), service charge budgeting, and owner communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day OA operations in accordance with Dubai JOP Law & RERA standards
Liaise with unit owners, developers, DLD, and facility management teams
Assist with
service charge budget preparation
, collection, and reconciliation
Coordinate
AGMs, board meetings
, and documentation as per legal timelines
Maintain up-to-date records of unit owners, NOCs, and building documentation
Ensure compliance with
DLD-Mollak
system and escalate legal matters where necessary
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of proven experience
in OA administration or JOP Management in Dubai
Strong knowledge of
RERA & JOP regulations
Proficiency in Mollak portal
, Excel, and OA budgeting
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and handle sensitive owner queries professionally
