Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
Wire Feed Laser Welder
with hands-on experience usingBoco Weld machines
to join our team in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will also have solid knowledge and practical experience inTIG and MIG welding
across multiple materials such asstainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel
.This role involves precision welding of industrial components to meet stringent quality, durability, and safety standards. Candidates who are
immediately available
will be given preference.Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain
Boco Weld wire feed laser welding machines
to achieve high-quality, consistent welds. PerformTIG and MIG welding
on a range of metals includingstainless steel (SS), aluminum, mild steel, and other alloys
. Read and interprettechnical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications
accurately. Conductmachine set-up, calibration, and adjustments
to optimize weld quality. Inspect finished welds to ensure compliance with requiredmechanical strength, appearance, and safety standards
. Maintain welding equipment in good working condition, reporting any malfunctions. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and quality inspectors to improve welding processes and productivity. Follow allsafety protocols and company policies
at all times.Requirements
Minimum
5 years of professional welding experience
, with at least2 years in wire feed laser welding
(preferably usingBoco Weld machines
). Strong knowledge and proven ability inTIG and MIG welding
ofstainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, and alloys
. Ability toread and interpret engineering drawings and technical blueprints
. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producinghigh-quality welds
. Knowledge ofwelding codes, safety practices, and industry standards
. Physically fit and able to work in industrial environments.Immediate availability
