Greet the customers and assist them in selecting the right product
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Jewellery design
Handle customer queries efficiently
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally
Provide excellent customer service and enhance repeat sales/ customer loyalty
Achieve category wise sales target
Manage stock in the store and support stock replenishment
Maintain safety of Jewellery displayed
Maintain a neat and organized store environment
Perform any ad hoc responsibilities assigned
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store sales target
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Jewellery Selling Experience preferably in 21kt store
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong selling skills, customer oriented and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Passion for Jewellery and fashion trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers if required
Flexibility to work on split shifts on weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons
Education- High School, Bachelors degree preferred
Language: Arabic, Hindi & English speaking
