Key Responsibilities:
Customer Profile Analysis:
Evaluate and analyse customer profiles, providing accurate recommendations to resolve application issues.
Relationship Management:
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and business partners to ensure smooth operations and address concerns promptly.
MIS Reporting:
Update and maintain daily MIS reports to track application status and business performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of relevant experience in the UAE banking sector
, ideally in credit analysis or a related role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Proficiency in maintaining and updating MIS tools.
Strong sales acumen will be considered an advantage.
