Aurora is seeking a

hands-on Cleaning Team Supervisor

with solid Dubai Holiday Homes experience. This is not an office-based role -- it requires an on-site leader who works alongside the cleaning team daily, ensuring every unit meets Aurora's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

The ideal candidate leads by example, knows how to train new staff efficiently, manages daily cleaning operations, and keeps inventory and supplies organized across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

Supervise and actively participate in daily cleaning operations across multiple Holiday Homes. Train new cleaners on company cleaning standards, checklists, and time management. Monitor and evaluate cleaning quality through on-site inspections. Manage cleaning schedules and assign tasks based on occupancy and turnover timelines. Maintain accurate records of cleaning supplies, tools, and inventory; handle reordering as needed. Support the operations team by ensuring all units are guest-ready before check-ins. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly.

Requirements

Mandatory:

Minimum 2 years of experience in

Dubai Holiday Homes or hotel housekeeping supervision

. Proven ability to manage and motivate a cleaning team effectively. Strong organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach. Ability to multitask and manage tight schedules. Familiar with cleaning checklists, inventory control, and turnover operations. Physically active and able to assist with cleaning tasks when required. Valid UAE residency and eligibility to work. Driver's license preferred but not mandatory.

Schedule

Full-time role with flexible working hours depending on guest check-outs and turnovers, including weekends and public holidays.

Compensation

Competitive monthly salary based on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
