We are seeking a reliable and responsible carpenter Foreman to join our Team the main responsibility includes.
Supervise and manage carpentry teams (carpenters, helpers, and laborers).
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Assign tasks and monitor daily activities of carpentry staff.
Ensure high-quality finishing for wooden works such as doors, cabinets, furniture, partitions, and flooring.
Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers.
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
Enforce safety rules and regulations on-site.
Train and guide junior carpenters when needed.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter Foreman on major high-rise concrete construction
Minimum 5+ years in a foreman role.
Good Communication and organizational Skill
