Job Description

We are hiring an Exhibition Supervisor to manage multiple exhibitions and event fit-out projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate can coordinate manpower, source materials, read and interpret drawings with strong attention to detail, and control timelines, quality, and site operations. Candidate must be ready to join immediately and must have a valid UAE visa.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise multiple exhibition builds simultaneously and ensure smooth execution on-site Plan daily site activities, assign tasks, and manage supervisors, carpenters, fabricators, installers, and helpers Source and arrange manpower (internal and outsourced) based on project requirements and deadlines Source required materials, tools, and consumables; coordinate procurement and deliveries Read and interpret shop drawings, layouts, and specifications; ensure accurate execution Coordinate with clients, organizers, designers, and internal teams for approvals and updates Monitor site progress, quality standards, and HSE compliance Manage deadlines, resolve site issues quickly, and report progress to management Ensure proper handover, snag clearance, and dismantling as per schedule

Requirements

Proven experience as an Exhibition Supervisor / Site Supervisor (exhibitions, event fit-out, or similar) Strong knowledge of exhibition materials, fabrication, installation, and production workflows Ability to read drawings and identify discrepancies with attention to detail Strong manpower planning and vendor coordination skills Able to work under pressure, handle multiple deadlines, and lead teams on-site Immediate availability to join Must have a valid UAE visa (own visa / spouse / freelance / transferable--please specify)

Preferred

UAE experience with exhibitions, events, and venue regulations Valid UAE driving license Basic computer skills for reporting (Excel/WhatsApp/email updates)
