Urgent Hiring - Electrical Supervisor

We are urgently looking for an Electrical Supervisor with solid experience in the Events and Exhibitions industry.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills to manage teams, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues under pressure to ensure smooth event operations and safety. The position also involves handling site logistics, budget planning, and quality control.

Knowledge & experienceNumber of years of Experience:2 to 5 yearsEducation:

Bachelor s Degree

Languages:English and Hindi

Systems:Basic Computer Knowledge, AUTO-CAD, MS Excel, and MS Word.

Technical & Functional Skills
Strong knowledge of Electrical systems, wiring and circuitsAbility to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Proven experience in manpower planning, task allocation, and project coordinationProficiency in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing repairsExperience in preparing as-built drawings and load schedulesOther skills and competencies.

Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive work environment. Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and provide clear instructions to the workforce. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address production challenges and implement effective solutions. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust plans and priorities based on changing production requirements. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in production processes
