Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Exhibition Sales Coordinator to join our team at Artex Exhibitions & Conference Management.The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling exhibition space, coordinating with exhibitors, engaging with government entities, and supporting overall event operations.

This role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to represent the company professionally in meetings with ministries, embassies, agencies, corporations, and exhibitors.The position is part office-based and part fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages to companies, agencies, and government organizations. Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and scheduled visits to engage exhibitors and close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, partners, and government institutions. Support the onboarding of exhibitors and ensure they have a seamless participation experience. Prepare and maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and documentation. Represent the company at meetings, field visits, and exhibitions when needed. Coordinate internally with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth event execution. Gather client requirements and communicate them effectively to the internal team. Assist in handling inquiries received via email, phone, and in-person visits.
Desired Skills & Qualifications

Strong sales and communication skills (Arabic & English preferred). Excellent follow-up and relationship-building capabilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication. Must have a valid Kuwaiti driving license and access to a car. Prior experience in events, exhibitions, or B2B sales is an advantage. Professional attitude, presentable, and comfortable interacting with ministries and corporate clients.
