On behalf of our a client a British Exhibition company based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Exhibition Marketing Executive. Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in an administrative capacity and be the main point of contact for the media partners, keeping an accurate spreadsheet of the marketing contra deals and maintain a hardcopy and softcopy of media contracts, ensure all logos, profiles and adverts of partners for the preview and show guide are collected, liaise with sales team to obtain up to date exhibitor information and work with the manager regarding the design, layout and content of the show guide.

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have 2 years UAE marketing support experience within a media or exhibition company. A degree in marketing would be advantageous and knowledge of direct marketing working with outside agencies
