Looking for a MARKETING EXECUTIVE who is well experienced and can handle all graphic designing work, content writing, and marketing for our real estate company independently in a unique and creative way. Should be able to work on multiple projects as and when required. Should also be flexible with working hours. Do something meaningful, and be a part of the future of the high-end real estate industry. Candidates with minimum 1 year experience as a graphic designer/content writer/marketing executive in the Real Estate industry are preferred. Freshers with similar knowledge and skills can apply too. Key responsibilities:

• Graphic design /Content Writing/ Online Marketing * Professional editing of photos while applying lighting, contrast, resize, and

watermarks to bring out the best of the property.

• Support management and agents with creative content for company social media activities.
• Design, conceptualize and draft eye-catching content.
• Design and draft social media campaigns, design E-flyers and email formats for advertising.
• Execute creative design and create images that creatively convey a message.
• Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and social media platforms. * Design graphics, banners, and other Web images to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Optimize our brand in the different digital platforms through high-quality marketing materials and content. * Collaborate with the team for an effective output through creative productions and innovations.
• Propose new ideas for content creation in an exhibition of design expertise in graphics.
• Work closely and coordinate with the marketing team for strategic planning and production of projects.
• Design graphics for sales collaterals, brochures, videos, and all other marketing collateral.
• Create graphic content for the company's website and social media pages.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry software and technologies.
• Maximize the reach of our target audience and ensures engagement.

Skills and Requirements The ideal candidate should have the following Skills and Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.

• Minimum 1-year experience as a graphic designer in the Real Estate industry.
• Freshers with similar educational backgrounds can apply too.
• Proficient in working with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere, In Design, Animate, and 3ds Max is a plus.
• A strong eye for visual composition. Must be a team player. * Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. * Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design. * Good written and verbal English language communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proven track record of creating compelling content.
• A working knowledge of the real estate industry. * Proven ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent graphic designing, content writing, and marketing skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Be process-driven, detail-oriented but also service-focused * Competent in working in a fast-paced environment. * Keep open lines of communication, and collaborate with other teams.
