Oversee the creation, management, and implementation of show manuals, forms, and all event documentation.
Supervise onsite operations, including venue management, logistics, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
Review and assess stand designs (3D and CAD), ensuring they meet event specifications and regulatory requirements.
Manage and optimize floorplans, ensuring efficient use of space and seamless traffic flow.
Handle invoicing, budget tracking, and ensuring timely payments for vendors and exhibitors.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in event operations, including invoicing, coordination with internal teams, and collaboration with external stakeholders (exhibitors, contractors, venues, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of logistics, technical production, and event setup.
Previous experience in a similar role at an event organizer, venue, or stand contracting company, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a smooth event experience.
Experience in vendor management, including negotiations and ensuring quality service delivery.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Proficient in event management software and tools, including floorplan design and event coordination platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
