We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team, with a particular focus on weddings and exhibitions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for event execution and a keen eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of weddings, exhibitions, and other large-scale events.
Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their vision is realized for weddings and exhibitions.
Handle event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and on-site management.
Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules for wedding and exhibition events.
Ensure all aspects of the event are flawlessly executed, including decor, entertainment, and technical setups.
Manage communication between vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any event-related issues that arise on the day of the event.
Create post-event reports and follow-up with clients to gather feedback.
Requirements:

Proven experience in wedding and exhibition event coordination. Strong knowledge of event logistics, vendor management, and client relations. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
