2. Team Leadership:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of joiners, carpenters, machine operators, and other production staff.
• Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the team\'s growth and development.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement among the production team.

3. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
• Streamline production workflows, implement lean manufacturing principles, and introduce innovative techniques to achieve operational excellence.

4. Quality Control:

• Maintain strict quality standards throughout the production process, ensuring that finished products meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and address any deviations promptly.

5. Resource Management:

• Manage and monitor the utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
