Roles & Responsibilities
- Plant Scheduling to get maximum output and meet customer delivery requirements.
- Planning staff deployment for maximum manpower utilization.
- Follow-up with shop floor team on the execution of production plan and keep the sales team updated on the status of job order.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Controls and monitors, checking of attendance of personnel.
- Responsible in checking and to make sure that daily production events and related reports are submitted on time.
- Maintain discipline among workers in the shop floor.
- Conduct routine checking in shop floor regarding the GMP and perform other duties that may be assigned by line manager from time to time.

- Housekeeping & HSE adherence
- Minimum 4 or more years of work experience as Production executive/manager with corrugated carton plant.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably on packaging technology field
