Job Summary

Responsible for Costing related function for the unit including Material Pricing, Inventory Mgmt, FOH, Utility, Production report Repairs & Maintenance

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO\'s vision & values.
• Inventory Ageing and Inventory holding Norms with a view of minimizing holding cost
• Monthly Inventory verification and involvement in Cycle Count as per SOP
• Insurance Declaration for inventory for all materials and parts
• Preparing data and report for CFO presentation
• Inventory adjustment report and Cycle count details for CEO & CFO presentation
• Reconciliation EAM vs Cost report
• Line wise and Machine wise Production report
• Cycle count adjustment process in ERP
• Machine wise capacity utilization report
• YTD capacity utilization report for factory
• Tracking of near expiry and expired stock and Clearing Lot control issue
• Prepare Consumption Report for SCM
• Prepare commodity/raw material pricing report and update in ERP for Standard costing folder
• Weekly checking of batch variances
• Ensure appropriate High Sea loss on vessel purchase and claim for any excess loss from insurance co.
• Management Reporting including Capacity Utilization, Inventory Norms, Production, FOH, Utility and Other key areas
• JV posting for expenditure of Utility and Repairs & Maintenance and AGIS to sister co.
• Accurate month end EAM closing
• Supporting to close OPM
• Handling external auditors in inventory & spears parts area
• Intercompany inventory Profit element declaration

KPIs

• Ensure accuracy of factory overhead expenditure
• Ensure accuracy of FOH allocation at SKU level
• Accuracy of monthly reports
• Optimal use of oracle and functions

Work experience requirement

3+ yrs in cost accounting or relevant experience in FMCG.
