Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred)
5-10 years of experience in an
executive assistant
, administrative, or project coordination role
Experience in real estate, construction, or PMC is a plus
Responsibilities:
Provide executive support to the CPO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation
Track and coordinate project deliverables and timelines
Liaise with internal departments to monitor project progress and follow up on action items
Manage correspondence, communication, and follow-ups for the CPO's office
Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) for easy retrieval of records
Assist in the preparation and processing of contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for internal and external meetings
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and document handling

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
