Key Responsibilities
Lead kitchen teams across various outlets, ensuring high-quality food production and efficient operations
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu design, recipe development, and seasonal updates
Monitor food presentation, hygiene, and cooking techniques to guarantee consistency and guest satisfaction
Train, mentor, and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff to uphold performance standards
Manage kitchen resources and scheduling to optimize productivity and minimize waste
Enforce food safety standards in compliance with local regulations and internal policies
Support event catering, private dining, and large banqueting operations with precision and creativity
Governance & Standards
Promote a safety-first culture, upholding HACCP and fire safety procedures
Document and maintain SOPs for food handling, storage, and preparation
Assist in vendor evaluations and quality control of ingredients and equipment
Job Requirements
10+ years of international culinary experience in 5-star hotel kitchens, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role
Proven experience in managing large, multi-outlet operations
Formal culinary education (diploma or degree in culinary arts) from a recognized institution
Versatility in cooking styles and cuisines (Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Asian, etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
Proficient in menu costing, kitchen budgeting, and inventory control
