Key Responsibilities
Manage executive's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems and confidential records.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare board meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Advanced
MS Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
Strong
MS PowerPoint
skills (business presentations, charts, reports).
Proficiency in drafting professional correspondence.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
High integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
