Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication handling.
Prepare reports, presentations, memos, letters, and other documents with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring discretion and integrity at all times.
Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for executives.
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
Monitor and ensure timely responses to emails, letters, and phone inquiries.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of business meetings, agendas, and minutes.
Perform any other related duties as assigned to support executive management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (Arabic is a plus.)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
