Are you a proactive multitasker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for supporting top leadership? We're looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Secretary / Management Coordinator to become the right hand of our CEO. This is your chance to play a key role in a growing organization, driving efficiency and clarity across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, meetings, and communications

Serve as a central coordinator between the CEO, teams, and external stakeholders

Prepare professional reports, documents, and presentations

Track deadlines, projects, and KPIs across departments

Organize business travel and company events

Handle sensitive information with discretion

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

3+ years of experience in executive support roles

Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience a plus

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

High level of professionalism and confidentiality
