Executive Secretary/receptionist

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage front-desk operations and greet visitors professionally Handle telephone calls, emails, and general correspondence Prepare letters, meeting minutes, and reports (including dictation and transcription) Maintain filing systems, records, and office documentation Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments Provide administrative support to the management and design teams

Requirements:



Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an architectural or consulting office Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and basic design documentation an advantage Excellent English communication and typing skills Ability to take dictation and prepare correspondence independently Pleasant personality and professional demeanor
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
