Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the General Manager
Manage and organize the GM's schedule, appointments, and meetings
Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Coordinate with hotel departments on behalf of the GM
Assist with travel arrangements, reservations, and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as a secretary or executive assistant (hospitality experience is a plus)
Excellent command of
English
; Arabic is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Female candidates preferred
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 6 days per week
