Job Description

We need a FEMALE executive secretary to work with us in Media company in our office in seef district. Qualifications: 1- Excellent English communication skills. 2- Good looking. 3- Excellent (Excel, Word and outlook skills) 4- Meetings management skills. : 1- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director. 2- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.. 3- Schedules and attends meetings with or in behalf of the executive director., taking notes and recording minutes. 4- Receives incoming communication or memos, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff. 5- Performs office tasks including maintaining. 6- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives. 7- Able to travel with the director to KSA or other countries as required to attend meetings or close deals.
