A proactive and organized Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to senior management, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
Draft, review, and manage correspondence and reports
Take meeting minutes and create/ distribute resulting tasks and assignments
Manage archiving and document control
Phrase internal and external formal communications
Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in executive-level administrative and secretarial roles
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Fluent in English/ Arabic
