We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to top management.
Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and official documents.
Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Manage office filing systems, records, and databases efficiently.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Arrange travel itineraries, visas, hotel bookings, and logistics for executives.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in office administration, secretarial studies, or related field.
2-5 years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Secretary.
Experience with senior management in reputable companies preferred.
Strong computer literacy and knowledge of office procedures.
Skilled in secretarial and clerical tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
