We are seeking a highly organized and professional
Executive Secretary
to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive Emirati professional who demonstrates discretion, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the daily schedule, appointments, and meetings of senior executives.
Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and official documents.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive office.
Organize travel arrangements, event planning, and logistical support as required.
Maintain efficient filing systems (both digital and physical) for record-keeping and documentation.
Monitor deadlines and ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Nationality:
Emirati (Female only, as per role requirements)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in an Executive Assistant or Secretary role, preferably supporting senior management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
Arabic and English
.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and attention to detail are essential.
