Executive Secretary

Job Description

The candidate for this position will be successful if they are able to execute a variety of secretarial duties of a confidential nature. These tasks will include working with Senior Management, and other members of the firm with a series of administrative functions. Therefore, the candidate will have to have effective time management and organizational skills coupled with the ability to be detail-oriented. Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Taking and transcribing oral dictation of notes, memos and legal documents.
  • Preparing and drafting engagement Letters
  • Attend meetings to record minutes.
  • Maintains a comprehensive calendar and appointments.
  • Conduct research, compile data and prepare presentations for executives, committees and board of directors.
  • Regular follow up on ongoing enquires.
  • Any other tasks or responsibilities based on organizational and operations needs as assigned by Management
Requirements:
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability and experience in preparing documentation.
  • Experience working within a team, but equally comfortable working alone.
  • Organized and efficient, able to work to tight deadlines
Candidate with European Experience will be preffered only. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Executive Secretary: 4 years (Required)
Language:
  • Scottish (Preferred)
  • Irish (Preferred)
  • English (Required)
