Job description We are looking for Executive Secretary required for decor, furniture and fit-out company. Mainly for the following tasks:
  • Communicate/Dealing with suppliers
  • Purchasing Materials
  • Projects progress reports
  • Sales Coordination
  • Bookkeeping
  • Coordinating company resources
  • Project estimation (Training would be provided).
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Secretary, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
Nationality : PHILIPPINES (FEMALE) Language:
  • english (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
