We are currently seeking a Secretary/Personal Assistant to be based on our Office. Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Handle electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations.
Assist during the recruitment, on boarding process and conduct orientation for new staff members
Provide clerical and administrative support to human resources executives
To Monitor and maintain the pantry inventory & office supplies and prepare requisition and purchase as needed.
Scheduling appointments.
Maintain proper records of employee visa issuance, attendance, and leaves and Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
Requirements:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in related field.
Prior experience in construction field, Contracting or Consultant.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
receptionist/secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
