EXECUTIVE SECRETARY We are looking for a flexible and highly organized Female executive secretary who will perform administrative duties to our Executive Chef. The role will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of our Executive Chef. She may also carry out duties such as travel arrangements and itineraries and other duties when required. Job Duties and Responsibilities 1. Reporting directly to Executive Chef and perform secretarial and administrative duties. 2. Preparation of correspondence, reports, or minutes of meeting. 3. Schedule and organize meetings or appointments and ensure to follow a timely reminder. 4. Screen and direct phone calls, handle request and queries appropriately. 5. Manage travel arrangements ad itineraries if required. 6. Maintain an organize office filing system 7. Coordinates, monitor and validates any work from other departments and will be in charge in purchase requisition work assigned by the Executive Chef. Qualifications: 1. A proven more than 2 years' experience in the same role 2. A Graduate of Bachelors degree in the related field 3. Proficient in using MS Office applications 4. Excellent written and communication skills 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload and can work under pressure 6. Outstanding organizational and time management skills 7.
