Job Description

Couture Luxury Interiors in Dubai is looking for a secretary with general experience in customer services. Responsibilities:

  • Manage company correnpondence (emails, calls)
  • Documents control
  • Assits walk in clients in the furniture showroom
  • Assist the team with all around tasks
  • Organize general work flow in the office
  • Communicate with suppliers / contractors / clients
Requirements:
  • Expert in MS Excel (must have)
  • Expert in MS Power Point, MS Office
  • Be very organized person
  • Very good communications skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months Education:
  • Diploma (Required)
Experience:
  • Secretary: 3 years (Required)
  • Interior Design / Fit-out company: 1 year (Required)
