Role Description \xe2\x80\xa2 This is a full-time on-site Executive Secretary role. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, company secretarial work, communication, and clerical skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 On a day-to-day basis, the Executive Secretary will manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare reports, and answer phone calls.

Requirements
Qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and customer service skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 3 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in clerical skills such as typing, filing, and record-keeping \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in company secretarial work and knowledge of relevant legal requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with office equipment such as copiers and scanners \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
