Executive - Retail Sales
Locations: Dubai, Abu Dhabi
Industry: Automotive / Luxury Retail / Consumer Electronics / High-End Fashion
Reports To: Sales Manager / Retail Manager
Job Purpose:
To drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets within a flagship store or showroom. This role focuses on high-value customer interactions, product expertise, and closing sales to contribute directly to the outlet's financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed individual and team monthly & quarterly sales targets.
• Greet, qualify, and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert knowledge on product features, benefits, and specifications.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to final sale and after-sales follow-up.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio for repeat business and referrals.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
• Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and merchandise is correctly displayed.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven retail sales experience, preferably in automotive, luxury goods, or high-value consumer products.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Customer-focused with a polished and professional appearance.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
