Prepare periodic customized/standard reports as required through Power BI
Business data management
Management Dashboard preparation
Business Case preparation for Business Development Projects
Business Intelligence Tool development & Enhancements
Business data management
Service performance reports generation and provide to Service Planning Department for BSC score card preparation & analysis
Price update in system and coordination with service branches and sales divisions resolve contract concerns
Management Dashboard preparation Principals
Business Report and Data management
Business Case preparation for Business Development Projects
Contract Pricing for Nissan/Infiniti/Renault
Customized Service Contract Pricing for Sales & Marketing Campaigns
Service Contract Administration (Total loss cases refund, Cheques return cases)
Service Contact Burnout Report and Analytics
Educational Qualification:
Technical/ Engineering Degree in Automobile or Mechanical (preferably with MBA degree)
Work Experience:
Experience in Automobile or related industry in UAE & Gulf market
Automotive Aftersales background with CRM exposure
Competencies:
Expert in MS Office (esp Excel and Power Point presentation)
Hands on experience on ERP or Dealer Management Software & Analytical / CRM Tools
Excellent presentation & communication skills
Language:
Fluency in English Arabic will be added advantage
