Job Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the successful planning, execution and supervision of the construction processes in our challenging building construction projects.- Management of our interdisciplinary project teams
- Creation of project, work and detail plans in the latest version of AutoCAD in teamwork
- Independent project processing and management in the field of general planning
- Independent preparation of complete building applications
- Procurement of basics from the respective official offices
- Cooperation with architects and site managers
Job Requirements:
- Apprenticeship as an architect or draftsman with at least 5 years of practical experience
- Experienced in project and implementation planning
- Management experience in at least one construction project.
- Affinity and experience in tendering, awarding and construction management
- Motivation and passion for structural and interior design
