Role Summary:
The Executive - MEP will be responsible for overseeing the entire MEP operations of the assigned facility(s). This includes ensuring the optimal performance, maintenance, and compliance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical Distribution, Plumbing, Fire Protection, BMS).
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability and longevity.
• Lead a team of technicians and junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Prepare and manage the MOP (Method of Procedure) for critical system shutdowns and maintenance activities.
• Monitor system performance, analyze energy consumption, and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Manage vendor contracts, ensuring service delivery meets SLAs and quality standards.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and breakdowns, coordinating effective resolutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to all HSE standards and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on maintenance activities, system status, and budgets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP operations within facility management.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, BMS, and international building codes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) software is a plus.
