Job Overview
The Executive Lounge Attendant is responsible for ensuring a consistently clean and welcoming environment for VIP guests in the Executive Lounge. This position requires high attention to detail, collaboration with the team, and a passion for guest service. By maintaining brand standards and promoting a premium guest experience, this role plays a key part in the hotel's luxury service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas of the Executive Lounge are maintained to luxury cleanliness standards
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to guests using the lounge facilities
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure readiness of the lounge
• Monitor and replenish supplies, food, and beverages during operating hours
• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively
• Uphold Marriott brand service and hygiene standards at all times
• Communicate effectively with guests and internal teams
• Assist in ensuring guest privacy, comfort, and satisfaction

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in hospitality or guest service preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for luxury service
• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
