Job Description

To lead and manage the full spectrum of learning and development initiatives at Emax, with a strong focus on product and technical training in the electronics retail industry. The role will be responsible for driving learning interventions, managing the LMS system, coordinating corporate and leadership programs, and enhancing employee capability to boost performance and customer satisfaction.



Key Roles and Responsibilities:



Learning Interventions & LMS Management



o Lead the implementation of corporate learning initiatives, including concept-level interventions.


o Drive effective use of LMS and digital learning platforms for maximum engagement and reach.


Brand and Product Training



o Build strong partnerships with regional electronics brands for planning, scheduling, and delivering product knowledge and technical training.


o Organize and lead pre-launch product training events to ensure readiness for major rollouts, promotions, and campaigns.


Content Design & Development



o Design and develop high-quality learning materials such as SOPs, e-learning modules, presentations.


Training Operations



o Create and manage monthly training calendars, coordinate logistics, maintain attendance and feedback records.


o Create dashboards and monthly trackers for training execution and effectiveness.


Skills and Competencies:



Strong understanding of learning principles and training lifecycle Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills Exceptional attention to detail Strong communication and facilitation skills Proficient in MS Office Suite Experience with digital learning platforms and content creation tools

Minimum Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Education, or a related field


Experience:



4+ years of experience in managing training functions, preferably in electronics or retail


Proven track record in designing and delivering technical, product, and customer experience training


Experience in working with brand suppliers and external training partners
